Ani’s Bake Shop is a wholesale bakery and pastry spot in an industrial park in Aiea. There are no shortages of bakeries on Oahu, and each among the top of them has one particular item that sets them apart when it comes to island style pastries. For Ani’s that pastry is their mochi donut. It’s the best on the island, with an oh-so sweet crisp outside and a chewy inside that its primary ingredient is known for. We can’t lie, Ani’s is inconveniently located for anyone that doesn’t work in Aiea, and we’re not about to tell you to Uber from Waikiki, Ko Olina, or elsewhere. However, it is relatively near Pearlridge Center, so if you plan on shopping where the locals shop, make Ani’s a must-stop on your itinerary.
