The Solar Shack Kailua is a built-in food and beverage truck located in a vibrant outdoor space known as “The Garden at Boardroom” which is adjacent to the popular Boardroom eatery. The Solar Shack sells unique espresso drinks, healthy juices, and light grinds (paninis, etc.) along with wine, spritzers, and craft beer. The space is expansive, lush, and tropical with plenty of room to kick back with friends and enjoy an afternoon into the early evening (closes at 7 PM). They also have corn-hole!
