While not technically located in Waialua where the historic sugar mill is found this bakery-slash-juice-bar is just as sweet. It’s a colorful and funky surf town cafe that begs to be photographed from the outside, but the highlights are indeed behind the counter within. For one, they have the best cinnamon run/roll on the North Shore (pictured), but you can’t go wrong with any of their amazing pastries. As far as the smoothies and juices go, the go-to for many locals is the Passion Pleasure Smoothie, made with fresh lilikoi (passionfruit to you mainlanders) from their farm. They also have a menu full of healthy sandwiches, wraps, and salads. Nearly everything is locally sourced, so it’s always fresh, always delicious, and always fun. Waialua Bakery and Juice Bar is a great place to visit and hang for an hour or so…assuming you can find seating (it gets busy).
