You pretty much know what to expect from farmers markets in Hawaii. You’ll find fresh locally-sourced produce and byproducts (herbs, spices, sauces, etc.) along with soaps, lotions, and the like. The quaint yet vibrant Waialua Farmers Market that runs every Saturday is no different in that sense. However, it’s located at the historic Waialua Sugar Mill which make it worth the visit even if you don’t need sliced pineapple and lip balm made from beeswax.
